Ziemar provides complimentary white-glove delivery worldwide for all bespoke commissions and select ready-to-wear pieces. Each garment is securely encased in our signature archival packaging, ensuring it arrives in immaculate condition.

2. Dispatch Timelines

For ready-to-wear collections, orders are typically dispatched within 2-3 business days. Bespoke commissions follow a personalized timeline established during your initial consultation, factoring in material sourcing, meticulous tailoring, and final fittings. Your concierge will provide regular updates throughout the process.

3. Customs and Duties

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees determined by the destination country. While Ziemar strives to facilitate a seamless customs process, these additional charges are the responsibility of the client.

4. Returns Policy (Ready-to-Wear)

We accept returns of ready-to-wear items within 14 days of delivery, provided the garment is returned unworn, unwashed, and in its original archival packaging with all tags attached. Upon receipt and inspection, a full refund will be issued to the original method of payment.

5. Returns Policy (Bespoke)

Given the highly personalized nature of bespoke commissions, these garments are crafted exclusively to your unique measurements and specifications. Consequently, bespoke orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Should a piece require adjustments post-delivery, our artisans will gladly perform alterations to ensure a perfect fit.
