1. Agreement to Terms
By engaging with Ziemar’s digital platforms or commissioning a bespoke garment, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms govern your access to our collections, private appointments, and all services provided by the maison.
2. Intellectual Property
All content, including but not limited to garment designs, editorial photography, typography, and brand identity, is the exclusive property of Ziemar. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use of any material without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
3. Bespoke Commissions
Bespoke commissions represent an agreement between you and the artisan. Due to the intensely personalized nature of these garments, commissions are finalized upon approval of the design blueprint and receipt of the initial deposit. Alterations beyond the agreed scope may incur additional charges.
4. Pricing & Payment
Prices for ready-to-wear collections and bespoke services are provided during consultation or upon request. We reserve the right to adjust pricing to reflect the cost of rare materials or extensive artisanal labor. Full payment must be received prior to the final delivery of any garment.
5. Limitation of Liability
Ziemar is dedicated to delivering garments of unparalleled quality. However, our liability concerning any product or service is strictly limited to the purchase price of that specific item or service.
6. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be communicated through our platform or directly to active clients via their concierge. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
